Returns & Exchanges

At Bartesian, we want you to enjoy every pour; if you are not completely satisfied with your cocktail maker or accessories, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that cocktail capsules are perishable items and are generally non-returnable once the seal is broken.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the Bartesian machine or accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
